If you can’t be present, we’ll coordinate with your builder or Realtor to access your home and take measurements. We’ll then provide your estimate via phone, email, or fax and keep you updated throughout the process.
If I’m Building a New Home, Should I Wait Until Closing to Contact You?
No need to wait! We frequently work with homeowners during the construction phase, ensuring that custom window treatments are ready for installation as close to your move-in date as possible. With enough lead time, we can often have everything installed the day you close.
Can I Roll the Cost of My Window Treatments Into My Mortgage?
In most cases, yes! If you haven’t closed on your loan, you can coordinate with your mortgage company to add the cost of your window treatments to your loan. We’ll provide the proposal, and once your loan closes, the funds will be handled by your title company, who will release payment when the installation is complete.
Do You Offer Free In-Home Estimates?

What Are Your Payment Terms for Window Treatments?
